Have You Created Your Own LUTs?
Resolved Locked Unanswered
Color grading is one of the most powerful tools in cinematic drone filmmaking, and LUTs can completely transform the look and mood of aerial footage. Many filmmakers start with LUT packs, but some pilots eventually begin creating their own custom LUTs to achieve a unique visual style.

Have you ever created your own LUTs for your drone footage?

Share your experience with the community. Tell us what software you use, what color profiles you shoot in (D-Log, D-Cinelike, LOG, etc.), and how you build your look. If you have examples, feel free to post before-and-after shots or clips showing how your LUT changes the image.

Whether you’re experimenting with color for the first time or building a professional workflow, this discussion is a great place to exchange ideas and learn new techniques for cinematic aerial grading.
